The Kingsway BIA (Business Improvement Area) is an association of 160 plus commercial property owners and tenants in partnership to promote the community and serve the needs of the residents and those visiting The Kingsway neighbourhood. Just a short distance from Downtown Toronto, The Kingsway is one of Toronto's top destinations in boutique shopping featuring stores from clothing to homeware, over 30 different restaurants, pubs, bars and coffee houses, beauty salons, wellness centres, professional services and even a preserved theatre from 1939!

Monthly social media marketing highlighting BIA initiatives and promoting businesses
Community management on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
Quarterly contests including coming up with ideas and managing entries
Small events promotion
Posts, stories and reels from the neighbourhood
Grew Instagram audience to over 10,000 followers
